As the visionary behind Icons Rising, Ellis leads a mentorship and business development ecosystem designed to help creatives, first-time founders, and system-impacted entrepreneurs transform ideas into sustainable enterprises. Through its Core, Launch, and Blueprint programs, Icons Rising provides hands-on coaching, business formation support, and storytelling opportunities that turn hustle into long-term impact.

Ellis also serves as Editor-in-Chief of IconCityNews.com, a digital-first media platform amplifying Black, LGBTQ+, and socially conscious stories through original reporting, commentary, and multimedia content. His narrative work—including his book Rainbow Soul—braids spirituality, identity, cultural commentary, and personal truth for audiences seeking depth and connection in the pursuit of purpose.

Rooted in community organizing and movement work, Ellis has collaborated with grassroots organizations, civic institutions, and health equity partners to elevate marginalized stories and expand community power. As Anye Elite, his artistic persona, he brings music, advocacy, and lived experience into a creative practice that continues to inspire his audience.
