Now Accepting Collaborators: Wellness Summit Preview with Brothers of the Desert

Icon City is proud to announce our newest project partnership: the 2025 Wellness Summit Preview, taking place on Saturday, November 15 at the Renaissance Palm Springs.
This free, half-day event is presented in collaboration with Brothers of the Desert, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting Black men and allies in the Coachella Valley through advocacy, education, health programming, and community leadership.
Founded in Palm Springs, Brothers of the Desert has built a strong reputation for creating culturally relevant spaces that promote wellness, empowerment, and connection—especially for Black LGBTQ+ individuals and other underrepresented voices. The Wellness Summit Preview is an extension of that mission and a lead-up to the organization’s full 2026 Wellness Summit.

Curated with care and intention, the November 15 event will feature:
Expert voices on Black mental health, community wellness, and lifestyle transformation
Real talk rooted in joy, healing, and accountability
Community Q&A and audience participation
Complimentary coffee, juice, and healthy bites
Opportunities for cross-generational and cross-sector connection
While the event is free to attend, we’re calling on our broader network of creators, businesses, and changemakers to help us co-create something extraordinary.

Are you a wellness professional, therapist, chef, fitness leader, or someone with a lived story that can uplift others? We’re seeking dynamic, community-rooted speakers to lead or participate in panels, workshops, and interactive sessions. Voices from the Coachella Valley and Black LGBTQ+ community are especially encouraged to apply.
