Our team provided: Full-scale event production (run-of-show, tech, A/V) Video recording + recap reels for post-event engagement Branded motion graphics for presentations and speaker intros Live social coverage and press photography This work elevated the Summit from a local gathering to a regional anchor in the wellness conversation. 🧬 HIV & Aging Research Project – Long-Term Survivor Series Palm Springs, CA | 2022- Present In collaboration with HARPS (HIV & Aging Research Project – Palm Springs), Icon City developed a mini-doc style interview series spotlighting long-term survivors. Key deliverables included: Professional filming, sound, and lighting Short-form edits for social media and donor campaigns Captioned and branded video assets for public education Our content helped humanize a complex health issue — and raised visibility for ongoing research and resources. Real Talk, Real Health – A Conversation with Dr. Leo Moore Virtual & In-Person Hybrid | 2023 Icon City was tapped to deliver end-to-end production services for this Los Angeles-based health education initiative focused on HIV prevention, sexual wellness, and Black men’s health.
