Icon City has served as the lead production partner for this flagship event centering Black gay men’s health and healing. Our team provided:

🧬 HIV & Aging Research Project – Long-Term Survivor Series

In collaboration with HARPS (HIV & Aging Research Project – Palm Springs), Icon City developed a mini-doc style interview series spotlighting long-term survivors. Key deliverables included:
Professional filming, sound, and lighting
Short-form edits for social media and donor campaigns
Captioned and branded video assets for public education
Our content helped humanize a complex health issue — and raised visibility for ongoing
research and resources.
Real Talk, Real Health – A Conversation with Dr. Leo Moore
Virtual & In-Person Hybrid | 2023
Icon City was tapped to deliver end-to-end production services for this Los Angeles-based health education initiative focused on HIV prevention, sexual wellness, and Black men’s health. Our deliverables included:
Live event support: tech setup, streaming coordination, and run-of-show production
Talent coordination: booking and prep for panelists and guests
Host duties: Anye Elite moderated the event, bringing warmth, humor, and cultural fluency to a nuanced health conversation
Post-event assets: clip reels and branded content for wider reach
